Privacy
The rule we build by: if we don't need it to show when you're free, we don't collect it. If we can fetch it live, we don't store it.
What we store, and why
- Your name, email, and timezone
- To sign you in and show who you are to people you share with.
- Saved timezones
- To show places on your timeline.
- Encrypted calendar access tokens and the account email
- To read busy/free times from your calendars.
- Who you share with
- To decide who may see your free/busy.
What we never store
- Event titles, descriptions, locations, attendees, or meeting links — we don't even request them.
- Your busy times. They're fetched live and kept in memory for at most 5 minutes.
- Passwords (you sign in with Google or Microsoft).
- Your contacts or address book.
- Your IP address or location.
Your controls
- Disconnect any calendar in Settings. We also revoke our access with Google.
- Stop sharing with anyone at any time.
- Download everything we hold about you as JSON.
- Delete your account. All of your data is removed immediately — nothing is kept "just in case".
No tracking
No ads, no analytics scripts, no third-party trackers. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.
